- Place a sign and lockbox on your property (with your approval)
- Mail 'Just Listed' flyers to neighborhood
- Hold Open Houses (with your approval)
- Contact you regularly with verbal or written progress reports including a powerful report tool that shows you how many people electronically view your home!
- Place you on our Broker's website

- Place you on our corporate Herman Group Real Estate website!

- Represent you upon presentation of all contracts by cooperating brokers and help negotiate the best possible price and terms
- Prepare flyers to promote your property and maintain a constant stock in the boxes of our signs
- Provide your listings to our sales staff
- Follow-up with all of the salespeople who have shown your home and gather feedback
- Handle follow-up and keep you informed, after the contract has been accepted, on all mortgage, title and other closing procedures
- Prepare a marketing book that remains in your home while it is being offered
We Won't:
- Tell you your property is worth more than it is, just to get your business
- Exaggerate how quickly we can sell your property
